Owned: A Tale of Two Americas

Join us for a viewing of Owned: A Tale of Two Americas at the Michigan Theater in honor of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week 2019. This film explores the racial inequalities and disparities that stemmed from US postwar housing policies, and also discusses the aftermath of the 2008 housing market crash.
Following the film, there will be a short panel discussion featuring experts from the Fair Housing Center of Southeast and Mid-Michigan, University of Michigan’s Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, and Washtenaw County Government. Please RSVP on Meetup here.

Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army and Ann Arbor Kiwanis
